The Migraine World Summit

Hello readers!  I’ve been a tad busy these last few weeks, so I had to put the blog on the back burner.  Additionally, I don’t have anything new to say in regards to my battle with my ER bill (though I will shortly!).  What I realize I could write a quick blog post about was that upcoming Migraine World Summit which occurs April 23 – 29.  That’s just a few weeks away!  This is one of the only events where headache and migraine specialists from around the world come together to discuss important issues facing headache and migraine patients in a way that is accessible.

If you’re worried it’ll be a lot of dry, technical discussion, then worry no more!  The conference is geared at helping ‘normal’ (you and me!) headache and migraine sufferers know what the latest research is showing and practical steps we can take in light of it.  The conference live streams the video content, so you can watch it from wherever your internet connection allows.  Moreover, and perhaps most important to you and me, is that the summit is F-R-E-E.  All you have to do is register with your email!  In order to register just click HERE.

Since this is a blog, there is a comments sections at the bottom.  What I want to know from you is if you would like to try to organize an online discussion as the conference occurs.  The easiest way would probably be to use Facebook messenger, Facebook live, or group chat in my private Facebook group, but if you know an easier / better way, let me know in the comments section!

I’m really looking forward to this event to both learn from leaders in the field, but also because it will be encouraging to see people actively trying to find ways to make our (sometimes miserable) lives a little better.  I hope you’ll register and join the many others who will be watching.  We are stronger together!
