Episode 004 – Being a Male Who Gets Migraines – The Migraine Guy Podcast

Hey pod-ience!  In this episode of the podcast we dive into a discussion about what it’s like to to be a male who gets chronic migraine.  Being a male with migraine is much less common than being a female with migraines.  Roughly two-thirds of migraine sufferers are women, but this still means that there are tens of millions of male migraine sufferers.  Explaining that you are a male who gets migraine can be confusing or disregarded by those to whom you are talking to.   What is my experience with this?  What are my tips if you find yourself in a position where you are alone?  I attempt to outline the essential actions we must take to overcome these obstacles, and more! Question of the day (reply on social media): what do you do when you start to feel alone?
